We're kicking off Episode One in the heart of the home, the kitchen. Once a small dark room at the back of the house, our vision was to bring the kitchen out of the shadows and into the spotlight, with a view of the water and with open plan access to the dining, laundry and lounge rooms too.

When you don’t have the space on your floor-plan for a dedicated powder room for guests, we like to make sure that the main bathroom is extra spesh, suitable for the most VIP of visitors. And the bonus is that you’ll get a beautiful bathroom to use every day too.

TBH, we were still busy trying to work out whether Lana called Bon’s choice of bedhead ‘clever’ or ‘pleather’ when we got eleventy billion messages saying “I want to eat that bedhead!” Say, whaaat?

Thought you’d seen it all when we revealed Bonnie’s bathroom tiles? No siree! She was only just getting started. Bon’s gone to town in her laundry and powder room with an extravaganza of tiles in all colours, shapes and patterns.

From our extensive survey (sample size of three!) you’re either a laundry person or you’re not. I’m a laundry person, Erin’s a laundry person ... Lana is not. She’s a workaholic (just not the domestic type!) so in her forever home she used the space that could have been a big laundry as a butler’s office instead #eachtotheirown.
