There are two ways to work with the Three Birds team on your renovation or new build: Three Birds Featured, where we take the reins and share your transformation with our community, or Three Birds Private, where you’re more involved and your project stays completely private.
1.Three Birds FEATURED CLIENT
Perfect for you if: You want the full Three Birds experience and are ready to hand over complete creative control with a blind fold on and let us transform your home from top to bottom and reveal it to you at the end.
We’ll take full creative control and project manage the entire journey - removing the stress of endless decisions and navigating the renovation process. We’ll create one cohesive vision and carry it through every space, from the renovation itself to the furniture, styling and final finishing touches. Our team will manage the design, construction, project and budget from concept to completion, while you get on with life and enjoy the big reveal.
Your transformation will be professionally captured and shared with our community as an official Three Birds Featured home, making your home and your family as meaningful part of the Three Birds community and story.
2.Three Birds Private CLIENT
Perfect for you if: You want the Three Birds expertise, with greater flexibility over the transformation and involvement in the key decisions.
You’ll work collaboratively with our team to shape the vision, determine the scope and create a home tailored to you. We’ll bring our design expertise, construction know-how and project management experience to guide the journey from concept to completion. Your renovation or new build will remain completely private and won’t be shared as Three Birds content.
Whichever option feels right for you, you’ll have the Three Birds team in your corner — bringing our experience, creativity and plenty of practical know-how to your home, and making the journey feel just as exciting as the finished result.
