Located in an inner-city suburb of Sydney, this tired old apartment had the sweetest little bones — tall ceilings, original timber windows and doors, petite balconies and SO much old-world charm.
We couldn’t change the footprint, and we couldn’t move the plumbing, so this renovation became all about working smarter, not bigger. We squeezed in more storage, made the layout work WAY harder and dialled up the character details to make this tiny apartment punch WELL above its weight in beauty, personality and functionality.
This tiny-but-mighty transformation proves you don't need a huge home to create something truly special.
