This beach house was full of family memories, but after a storm, it was left seriously worse for wear. When a tree fell through the roof, it caused major internal water damage - and with very little space for entertaining, it just wasn’t working for a family who spends every summer here with sandy feet and friends dropping by.

So the owners handed us their keys, their budget and total creative freedom, and just 12 weeks to transform the entire property.

What followed was a fast-paced, all-hands-on-deck renovation that turned a weather-worn holiday home into a sun-soaked summer sanctuary.
