This beach house had all the heart, but it was seriously worse for wear. After a tree fell through the roof, there was major internal water damage and very little space for entertaining - not ideal for a family who spends every summer here with sandy feet and friends dropping by.

So the owners handed us the keys, the budget and total creative freedom, and just 12 weeks to transform the entire property.

What followed was a fast-paced, all-hands-on-deck renovation that turned a weather-worn holiday home into a sun-soaked summer sanctuary.
