Welcome to The Petite Pad — our VERY first apartment renovation reveal.
Located in an inner-city suburb of Sydney, this tired old apartment was packed with charm just waiting to shine again. She had SO many redeeming features — tall ceilings, original timber windows and doors, petite balconies and beautiful old-world character… but she was definitely well past her best-before date.
We couldn’t change the footprint or move the plumbing, so this renovation became all about working smarter, not bigger. We maximised storage, made the layout work WAY harder and layered in loads of personality to make this tiny home feel warm, functional and seriously beautiful.
From clever small-space storage ideas to dreamy finishes and character-filled details, this apartment makeover proves you don’t need a huge home to create something truly special.
