Senior Digital Content Producer
We’re stepping into a new chapter at Three Birds Renovations, with ground breaking builds and stories we’ve never told before.
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Content Producer to play a central role in shaping how our story is captured and told. This is a senior, hands-on role for an experienced producer who combines creative instinct, strategic thinking and exceptional execution.
You are someone who sees content everywhere (on set, behind the scenes, mid-conversation) and instinctively knows what to capture, how to capture it, and when it will be most powerful to share. You think beyond individual posts, designing content that works as part of a broader narrative, series or campaign.
While this role carries strategic influence, it is firmly grounded in doing. You’ll be our lead when cameras are rolling, personally filming and editing our most important social-first content, while mentoring and elevating our Social Media Producer and collaborating closely with the wider content and marketing team.
THE SUCCESSFUL CHICK (OR ROOSTER!) WILL BE TASKED WITH RESPONSIBILITY FOR:
Creative Leadership & Content Strategy
Shape and evolve Three Birds’ digital content strategy, ensuring everything we publish ladders up to our bigger brand and business goals.
Identify new content formats, series and creative approaches that build momentum and longevity across platforms.
Bring a producer’s mindset to every project, thinking ahead about capture, usage, rollout and performance.
Stay across trends, platforms and audience behaviour.
Contribute a strong commercial sensibility, understanding what partners value and how to create mutually impactful content .
Hands-On Production
Lead content capture on set and on live construction sites, capturing both stills and video across renovations, shoots, launches and partnerships.
Personally produce and edit high-impact, mobile-first content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
Balance lo-fi, spontaneous behind-the-scenes moments with polished, campaign-ready executions.
Bring a strong eye for design, styling and composition to every piece of content.
Collaboration & Mentorship
Work closely with the Chief Content Officer, Content & Marketing Manager and partnerships team to support campaigns and launches.
Collaborate with the Social Media Producer on content planning and execution, mentoring them and helping lift the creative bar.
Be a positive, influential presence within the team, leading through energy and curiosity.
Support partner and branded content by helping shape concepts, storyboards and executions that feel authentic and on-brand.
Significant experience in a senior content production, digital media or creative producer role
Highly confident filming, capturing and editing content yourself. This role requires hands-on production expertise
Strong editing skills using mobile-first and professional tools (CapCut, Adobe, Canva, etc.)
A deep understanding of social platforms and short-form video, with interest or experience in TikTok and/or YouTube
Proven ability to think strategically about content,
Experience working with or alongside brand partners, campaigns or sponsored content
A natural eye for design, interiors, lifestyle or renovation content (professional or personal passion welcomed)
You’re a creative who leads through action. Well planned and well organised. You’re as comfortable behind the camera as you are shaping a content plan, and you believe the best ideas come from being deeply embedded in the process.
You think strategically, but instinctively. You know how to spot a moment worth capturing, how to elevate it creatively, and how to deploy it at the right time for maximum impact. You thrive in fast- moving environments, love having multiple projects on the go, and bring calm, clarity and creative momentum to busy days.
Most of all, you’re excited to help define this next era of Three Birds — capturing beautiful, meaningful content that inspires our audience and strengthens our brand.
