here's what we're looking for ....

1) A Whole Home Renovation - we need a home we can transform from top-to-toe, including landscaping (we’re currently looking for renos, not new builds at this stage).

2) Close To Home - within Sydney (with 9 kids between us, there are not enough hours in the day!!).

3) Your Keys - you'll need to move out for the duration of the project (you don't want all that dust anyway).

4) Your Budget - together we will agree a final budget - it's then our job to stick to it (no worries for you).

5) Creative Control - we will ask for your wish list - but then it's over to us for all the design work (we understand this concept isn't for everyone).
