Half an hour out of Brisbane, overlooking the 13th hole of the Brookwater Golf Club, sits the glorious ‘Casa Blanca’ - the newly built home of Bianca and David Mulligan and their three young children.

Lana and Erin flew to Brisbane for a tour of the family’s new home and were blown away by the spacious floorplan and all the fabulous features that make this home a standout. Bianca’s a graduate of both Three Birds Reno School and Three Birds Styling School and there are no prizes for spotting the Three Birds inspo throughout the home.
