St Lucia; a beautiful, historical home in Hepburn Springs
ST LUCIA - HEPBURN SPRINGS, VICTORIA
To be honest, we knew Lisa Webb’s renovation of this historic 1880s cottage was going to be a winner before she even started. When your vision board features Ryan G, you’re on to a good thing!
But she managed to blow us away again when she shared the completed reno and her Airbnb listing in the Reno School group, just a few weeks ago. It’s the perfect amount of historic house charm without the dusty, musty vibes that sometimes come with old homes - and we’re dying to stay!
“Build it and they will come” we say… well Kevin Costner did first but we agree, Kev.
You saw it here first, people! St Lucia, in Hepburn Springs, Victoria, the perfect blend of Australian history and luxe new renovation.
From the moment you step inside the picture-perfect house, with its white facade and black wrap-around verandah, you’ll appreciate the character of the old home with the new high-quality fittings and furniture for the ultimate comfort for a relaxing stay.
St Lucia has 3 bedrooms, making it perfect for a family holiday, a couples’ vacay or a girls’ weekend away. And with the spa town of Daylesford just 3 minutes’ drive away, you can easily pop into town for a spa treatment after your brekkie of tea/coffee, milk, juice, muesli, eggs and bread (along with a few tasty treats!) that Lisa leaves for guests in the kitchen.
GREENHOUSE RETREATS - CENTRAL COAST, NSW
The Greenhouse Retreats are a boutique curated collection of holiday accommodations on the Central Coast NSW - privately managed by the owner and founder Carla Luce.
The original property, The Greenhouse, owned and renovated by Carla herself, is a stunning exact waterfront property at Greenpoint. Following the success of this property, Carla was approached to manage a collection of similar boutique properties in the area, meaning she has recommendations of properties to suit groups of all sizes.
The Greenhouse is a fabulous venue for team events too. The Three Birds Team highly recommend picnicking on the waterfront.

BLANC - CRESCENT HEAD, NEW SOUTH WALES
Crescent Head is an easy-going town on the east coast of Australia with some of the most famous surfing spots in the country. It’s here that you’ll find Blanc, a coastal haven renovated with beachgoers and surfers in mind, you’ll see nods to the surf culture throughout the property. Reno Schooler Aatika Hayat Rinkin’s 18th-century home is a holiday property with a difference! Nestled at the foot of the Mont Ventoux, in the heart of ancient Bedoin, a charming Provencal village in the South of France ‘Ventoux House’ is the first of her “Cycle Coffee Society” luxury properties.
Cycle Coffee Society offer bespoke luxury cycling-specific accommodations, each tailored for the tastes and demands of discerning cyclists of all abilities; from bike-loving tourists looking for a little cycling holiday, to hardcore sportive riders looking to test their legs and even World Tour racers training for their next big race – CCS caters to all.

MAGNOLIA HOUSE - CENTRAL COAST, NEW SOUTH WALES
We’ve found kids’ holiday heaven! If you’re looking for a family holiday where FUN is the key objective, don’t look past Magnolia House. Shari Goodman has spared no detail when creating a holiday property that the little people will love just as much as the big ones.
Located at Forrester’s Beach, the house is designed just for families. The newly renovated coastal Hamptons home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for a family getaway for two families or there’s space for one family and the grandparents. The property also boasts a large fenced backyard, with play equipment, organic fruit and vegetable patch, and a fire pit.
Shari also provides outdoor activities to occupy the little kids and big kids. When can we stay?!
HIDDEN CABINS - PEEL REGION, WESTERN AUSTRALIA
This tiny cabin named ‘Florence’ is the baby of Reno Schooler, Ashleigh Bamford. It’s the first of her Hidden Cabins, which are tiny escapes hidden in nature in secret locations within 3hrs of Perth, WA.
