Kylie Hadid has always had a love of real estate, home interiors and renovations, including styling her own home and helping friends and family transform their homes too. When Kylie joined our very first intake of Three Birds Styling School back in January 2021 she wanted to hone her skills and build her confidence to take her styling projects to the next level. So much so that she, along with a friend, turned her hobby into a business, styling clients’ homes for sale.
Having recently built her own home in Box Hill, in The Hills Shire of Sydney, Kylie had an entire house as a blank canvas to style as her showpiece and we’ve loved following along with the progress in the Styling School Community. We know you’ll love these pics too!

In contrast to the light and bright feel of the rest of the house, Kylie opted for a dark and moody vibe for the theatre room. It’s calming and practical too with dark charcoal linen curtains to draw at movie time.
